The manager Ms. BARBARA was terrific. Me and kids have been through a lot this year and she made it so much easier on me. I appreciate her. She deserves a bonus
Rachel, one of the receptionists here, is always so kind and helpful. Even after a bad day, coming 'home' to this hotel and being greeted by her was always lifting because of the energy she brought. I imagine other guests are in a similar situation of being away from home, when kindness goes a long way. Incredibly kind and helpful during check-in, paying each week, helping me check out before an early morning departure, etc.
Staff is amazing! Barbara, Rachael, the whole staff goes above and beyond. I have enjoyed my stay here. Thank you all for being so kind.
It’s not bad for what it is, we’ve been staying for a couple of weeks. Rooms are actually pretty clean and smell fresh. I do wish they would fix the key card readers for the door entering the building but I think there are working on it. If you’re expecting some royal treatment the Hampton is right next store. This is awesome for an extended stay
Excellent service, the rooms are very clean the facility very well kept, the rates are really good. Barbera and Rachel run the front desk and there customer service skills are over the top. I would definitely recommend to any one looking for an extended stay location
Ms. Barbara and Debbie are just awesome. Like everything you can not control the people that stay at a hotel, so you always have a few that just have problems and do not respect, but if and when problems arise it is taking care of accordingly. It's a nice good priced hotel, close to interstate i-95, close to Melbourne mall, airport, restaurants and more.
As a long term tenant of this location, due to convenience and location. I've witnessed a big improvement in this location over the last year. Ms. Rachel is super attentive in the evenings and always greets us with a smile. Ms. Barb has done a great job with assuring things run smoothly. The last group of workers and leadership were inattentive and usually hard to find. there is always someone available during front desk hours, that's been a great improvement!
I absolutely love it here. I work remotely but have customers in the area so I’m able to be close to work while enjoying my stay. Ms. Barbara and Ms Debbie are excellent and they make sure my stay is comfortable and affordable. I will definitely come back again and have.
